The polyimide pattern was fabricated by my own developed process.
Polyimide thickness is 30um.
I quess, in case, 50um thick polyimide, the minimum hole diameter can be 30~50um.
I will make the substrate for the high power LED using this.
Also I will make buried electrodes which has very fine pitch(maybe its minimum pitch will be under 10um).
Sooner or later I will raise the result on this blog.
