Using glass anisotropic etching, , CTCs or CTC cluster filter was made.
z-axis microchannels were made in the glass plate.
The z-axis channels of top is wide,and bottom is narrow.
So large cells or cell clusters are captured at the upside, smaller are down side.
The filter housing is teflon which wasmechanically machined.
