General glass is transparent.
But controlling the surface state, its color is changed into white.
There is circuit failure problem when circuits is made by certain condition of sputtering or evaporation.
In this case, if the surface of glass is activated by forming of nano structure, the circuit is easily acquired.
Under picture is 420um thick through glass via with 100um dia hole. The holes and surface was formed at the same time by wet etching
