Genrally, phosphor in glass is very weak. And its machining cost is very high.
So I thought another method to fabricate phosphor in glass or phosphor ceramic using my glass or ceramic micromachining technologies.
1. glass(or ceramic micromachining) : transmissive or reflective type, glass microstructure can have 30~100um dia. or width with the depth of 50~100um
2. phosphor glass(ceramic) sintering
3. etching of each cell
By this process strong phosphor plate can be made and its machining cost may be much lower.
